Ordering Process
We hope your online shopping experience will be a pleasant one and we have streamlined this process to make it as simple as possible.  We want you to feel safe and secure when you are shopping online and have made sure our system is fully protected by encryption software.  Be assured that your credit card information is not disclosed to anyone other than the relevant credit card merchant services.
To order Zee Tea products, go to our “Shop for Tea” menu and simply select your preference/s as indicated.  Your item/s will then be added to your shopping cart.  To finalise your order, click the “Checkout” button.  Please then complete your shipping information.  If you are unable to progress to the Payment page, it will usually be because all required information has not been entered.  This will be indicated by a red asterisk * next to the field that is incomplete.  Once all information has been entered, review details and verify your order before clicking the “Complete Order” button.
Once your order is complete a ‘confirmation of receipt’ email will be sent to your nominated email address almost immediately and then followed by ‘confirmation of order sent’ email.  Any product not currently in stock should be displayed as such on our website, however, if this is not the case we will email you to advise.


Your Account
To establish an account, simply click on “My Account” and complete the necessary details.
Returning customers may log in using their email address and password.  Billing information will be auto filled.
You will also be able to do the following:
    • Proceed through checkout faster when making a purchase
    • Check the status of orders
    • View past orders
    • Make changes to your account information
    • Change your password
    • Store alternative addresses (for shipping to multiple family members and friends!)
      Payment Options
      Zee Tea will accept the following payment options:
        • Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit cards.  Your purchases will appear as ‘Zee Tea’ on your credit card statement.
        • Paypal
        • Electronic Bank Transfer.
          We are conscious of keeping postage costs to a minimum and have adopted a standard postage rate.
          Normal freight (2-5 working days) $7.95 (inc GST)
          Our usual means of shipping is by Australia Post eparcel or Aramex. You will be further notified with tracking details once your order has been despatched.
          When free postage is offered as a special promotion, standard Australia Post or Aramex services will be used.
          If your order is less than $20 in value before shipping costs, we will send by standard Australia Post.
          If no-one is home at the time of delivery, our courier will leave in a safe place out of the weather. If you wish to personally sign for your parcel (or if you have any additional information), please make a note of this in the comments section at checkout. If the shipping address is obviously a business, we will then request that a signature is required.
          If your parcel is returned to us because of non collection at a post office or similar, then we can resend at a cost of $7.95.
          Zee Tea may also deliver internationally on request.  Flat rate of $20.00 for standard international shipping.  Zee Tea accepts no responsibility for any customs/duty/quarantine charges that may be incurred at the shipping destination.
          In the case that a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or insufficient shipping address that is the fault of Zee Tea, we will resend the order at no charge. If a parcel is returned because of customer error, then an extra charge of $7.95 will be applied in order to resend the package.


          Refunds/Returns for Online Purchases
          It is important to us that you be satisfied with our products.  We will happily exchange or refund any unopened teas or accessories.  Our policy requires you to return the item within 10 days of receipt, unused and still in original packaging.  Once the returned item is received we will then process a refund withing 2 working days.
